If you are shopping in a DECJUBA store and an item is not in stock, you’re able to place an order with our team to be shipped directly to your door. We call this service Floor to Door. Once the order is placed in store, it will be sent to the warehouse to be fulfilled and shipped.
The warehouse ships the order directly to your specified address, just like an online order. Standard dispatch and delivery timeframes are in place.
What is Floor to Door?

How does it work?
Once you place the order and pay in-store, it’s sent to our warehouse to be fulfilled and shipped straight to your specified address, just like an online order. Standard dispatch and delivery timeframes apply.
Can I return or exchange my Floor to Door order?
Since your order was placed and paid for in-store, any exchange or refund must be processed in-store. Unfortunately, we’re not able to process returns for Floor to Door orders through our online portal at this time.
What if my delivery address is incorrect?
If your order has already been shipped and the address is incorrect, you’ll need to request a redirect with Australia Post directly to your correct address.
