When returning via our online portal, all refunds are securely processed back onto the method used for the original payment.
Generally, return parcels are received back to our warehouse within 7 business days.

From here, please allow up to 7 business days for our team to check your items and process your refund. Once your return request is completed, you will be notified via email.

Once a refund has been processed, the funds usually clear overnight however this is dependent on your financial institution and their processing time frames. Please note this may take 1-3 business days.

Please note, during sale periods and busy post times these timeframes can stretch out to 10-14 days.
