We aim to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours of them being placed. During busy sale periods, public holidays & weekends there may be a delay in dispatching your order due to an increase in order volumes.

Log in to your DECJUBA Insider account and you’ll be able to find tracking details in your order history. My Account > Orders > locate the correct order and select TRACK. If the shipment is split into multiple locations and parcels, all tracking details will be listed. If you have ordered multiple items they may be shipping separately from our warehouse and store locations. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your items have been dispatched.

At DECJUBA, we do not provide refunds on sale items. However, we do accept change-of-mind returns in-store for an exchange or credit note within 30 days of your purchase. The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached, and you need to provide proof of purchase.

On the product page there is a “Find In Store” button that will show you available stock at our store locations. Please call the store to confirm they have this stock on hand.
