Please head into your local DECJUBA store, bring the item with the security tag and your proof of purchase, our team will happily remove the tag for you.
Please do not attempt to remove the tag yourself as this will cause damage to the garment.
If visiting a store isn't an option, no worries! , Get in touch with our Customer Service team, provide your order details and a photo of the item with the security tag. They will guide you through the next steps to resolve the issue.
