Using your DECJUBA gift card at checkout is simple and straightforward.
Please note that once your order has been processed, we are unable to amend the payment method, including gift cards.

Follow the steps below to use your gift card for your purchase:

Online Checkout (Computer):

• Add Items to Cart: Browse the DECJUBA website and add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
• Proceed to Checkout: Once you have all your desired items in your cart, click on the shopping cart icon and proceed to checkout.
• Enter Gift Card Details: On the right-hand side of your screen under your order summary is where you enter your gift card number and PIN. Note that your gift card will not work in the coupon/discount code field.
• Apply Gift Card: Click the "Apply" button to apply the gift card balance to your order. The total amount will be adjusted accordingly.
• Complete Purchase: If there is a remaining balance after applying the gift card, you can pay it using another payment method. Complete your purchase by following the remaining steps.

Online Checkout (Mobile Device):

• Add Items to Cart: Browse the DECJUBA website and add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
• Proceed to Checkout: Once you have all your desired items in your cart, tap on the shopping cart icon and proceed to checkout.
• Enter Gift Card Details: At the top of the checkout page is a drop-down option "Show Order Summary." Click this drop-down and enter your gift card number and PIN. Note that your gift card will not work in the coupon/discount code field.
• Apply Gift Card: Tap the "Apply" button to apply the gift card balance to your order. The total amount will be adjusted accordingly.
• Complete Purchase: If there is a remaining balance after applying the gift card, you can pay it using another payment method. Complete your purchase by following the remaining steps.

Ensure you have sufficient balance on your gift card to cover your purchase.

Gift cards purchased in AUD can only be redeemed in Australia and on www.decjuba.com.au 
Gift cards purchased in NZD can only be redeemed in New Zealand and on www.decjuba.co.nz
