How it Works:

• At checkout, choose the Click and Collect option and select your preferred DECJUBA store for pickup.
• All items in your cart must be in stock at your selected store for Click and Collect to be available.
• Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email and SMS.
• You will receive a second email and SMS when your order is ready for collection at the selected store.
• Visit the selected store with your order confirmation email or SMS and a valid photo ID to collect your items.
• Orders are typically ready for collection within 24 hours. You will be notified via email and SMS once your order is ready for pickup.
• Orders will be held at the selected store for 14 days from the notification date

How will I know when my order is ready to be picked up?
You will receive an email and SMS notification once your order is ready for collection.

What do I need to bring to collect my order?
Please bring your order confirmation email or SMS and a valid photo ID.

Can someone else collect my order for me?
Yes, they must bring the order confirmation email or SMS and their own valid photo ID.

What if I can’t pick up my order within 14 days?
If you’re unable to collect your order within 14 days, it will be returned to the shop floor, and you will receive a refund.

Can I change my pickup location after placing my order?

Changes to the pickup location cannot be made once the order is confirmed. Please choose your pickup location carefully at checkout.

Can I edit my Click and Collect order?

If you need to change or cancel your Click and Collect order, please do so as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations can be made before receiving the “Ready for Pickup” email and SMS.
Changes to your order can also be made when you are in-store picking up your original order, depending on stock availability.

Is there a fee for Click and Collect?
No, Click and Collect is a free service offered by DECJUBA.

How can I return my Click and Collect order?
Please note Click & Collect purchases can only be returned or exchanged instore only.
