How to Use Zip Pay Online:
Select Zip Pay as your payment method.
Log in or sign up for a Zip Pay account.
Complete your purchase and set up your payment plan.

Zip Pay follows Decjuba's standard returns policy.
If you return an item purchased with Zip Pay, the refunded amount will be adjusted to your payment plan accordingly.
For a full refund, the payments already made will be returned to your original payment method.
If you exchange an item in-store for a straight swap, the new item will continue the payment plan. If there is a price difference, you will be refunded in the form of a gift voucher (valid for 3 years). If there is a balance outstanding, credit card, Afterpay, or cash payment will be required. Zip Pay is not an accepted payment method in-store.
