When does my gift card expire?

Gift Cards are valid for three years from the date of issue, unless otherwise required by law. To confirm the expiry date, check the back of your physical gift card or check the expiry online here.

Can you reissue a lost gift card?

Gift cards should be treated like cash and kept secure. Sadly, DECJUBA cannot reissue lost gift cards. Please ensure you store your gift card information safely, as DECJUBA is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards or any unauthorised use

I can't locate the PIN for my gift card
