You have up to 15 minutes from when your order is placed to review your order details and update your address. You can update this via your order confirmation email or by logging into your DECJUBA Insider account and selecting Orders > Order Details. Please note that Click & Collect orders and orders paid with a gift card cannot be modified.
If it's exceeded 15 minutes since you've placed your order, DECJUBA cannot change your delivery address. You need to request a redirection through Australia Post via your 'My Post' account immediately.
A My Post account can be created here or by contacting Australia Post on 13 76 78 with your tracking ID.
If you incorrectly placed an order, once you have received the order you can return it back to our warehouse or to your local DECJUBA store. Find a store here.
Please note, not all changes can be made depending on what transit status your parcel is in and is valid for Australian deliveries only.
