Extended returns for Christmas: For purchases placed from 27 November to 15 December you can return or exchange until 12 January. Purchases made after 16 December will adhere to our 30 day return policy below. 

If you change your mind, you can return your order within 30 days or purchase subject to meeting return policy conditions.

The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached, and you need to provide proof of purchase.

Full price items or items on a limited time promotion can be returned online or instore for a full refund. We are able to offer exchanges refunds or credits, in the form of a gift card, in any DECJUBA store.

We do not provide refunds on sale items, though we do accept change of mind returns in store only for an exchange or credit note, in the form of a gift card.

Swimwear can only be returned via the online returns portal. Swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged in any store. For hygiene reasons, please keep the liner and underwear on when trying this garment. Returns are not accepted if the liner is removed or altered.

Jewellery

Bodysuits (due to hygiene reasons)

International orders

Additionally, all items must be in their original condition with swing tags attached, and swimwear must have the protective hygiene strip in place​​.
