If you need to exchange an item for a different size, we’ve got you covered! We offer online exchanges for size variations, provided the item meets our Returns Policy.
To be eligible for an online size exchange:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The item must be unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- The item must not be a final sale or non-returnable item (such as earrings or other items specified in our Returns Policy).
If your item meets these requirements, you can easily process the size exchange through our online returns portal using the Instant Exchange feature with Refundid.
You can also exchange your item for a different size or colour at any DECJUBA with the item and your proof of purchase.
